This serious of machine uses mechanical forced floating die and it carries out pressurize three times in different time as pre-press,press-synchronization and top pressing.Three presses ensure the product has uniform density,same dimension and same weight.
Both force and travel of pre-loading mechanism are adjustable.Put the mechanism to use for the upper punch to get out of cracking of the product when injecting.
So many types product could be pressed by reasons of press stroke,injection stroke ,top pressing stroke,fill height and run speed of the machine are all could be adjusted with step-less.
Many types of die-set could be arranged for the machine.For example,upper two＆low three die-set could be used to pressed products that have complexes shape.
Not only programmable logic controller(PLC)and digital display angle controller are used to control the machine but also some safety protective motions are installed on it.Imported elements ensure the press running safe and reliably at the same time.
Some additional functions for example manipulator could be set for satisfying your especial need.
